Our Story

Rebecca started Natural Health Strategies in 2015 with a simple mission: to help people reduce their dependence on prescription drugs, increase control of their personal health, and improve their overall vitality using God’s creation. In 2024, Elaine joined the team part-time and her role quickly grew into a full-time team member. Today, both Rebecca & Elaine offer RBTI Testing & Naturopathic Consulting along with their own unique specialties.

Professional

  • Rebecca received her Doctorate in Traditional Naturopathy from the New Eden School of Natural Health & Herbal Studies.

  • She is a Registered Natural Health Practitioner (RNHP) with the International Association of Natural Health Practitioners (IANHP).

  • Rebecca is licensed by the Professional Wellness Alliance (PWA) as a Diplomat of Pastoral Science (D.PSc).

  • She is a Certified Fertility Awareness Educator at The Well: School of Body Literacy.

Personal

  • Rebecca is originally from Silver Spring, Maryland. She attended the University of Maryland, College Park and graduated with degrees in Accounting and Information Systems.

  • She initially pursued a career as a Tax Accountant, but decided to pursue her passion for natural health after it radically improved her own health and lifestyle.

  • Rebecca currently lives in Orange County, California with her husband Kyle, daughter Liberty, and stepdaughter Olivia. In her free time she enjoys hiking, visiting the beach, and checking out local farmers markets.

  • Elaine received her Master’s in Integrative Nutrition from Bastyr University.

  • She completed a Certificate in Traditional Naturopathy through the New Eden School of Natural Health and Herbal Studies.

  • Elaine is licensed by the Professional Wellness Alliance (PWA) as a Diplomat of Pastoral Science (D.PSc).

Personal

  • Elaine grew up in Fullerton, California. She graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Metalsmithing and Jewelry Design from California State University, Long Beach.

  • After initially working as a Jeweler, Elaine’s passion for nutrition and natural health inspired her to pivot career paths so she could help others learn to feel their best.

  • Elaine currently lives in Orange County, California with her husband Evan and their two cats: Tobias & Eloise. When she’s not in the office she enjoys camping, spending time with her friends, and eating delicious food.

During your visit, we’ll will give you a tour of the office, learn about your health history & concerns, and discuss our approach to natural health. Free Office Visits are 15 minutes long and provide a no-commitment way to decide if working with Natural Health Strategies is a good fit for your health goals. For clients not local to Anaheim Hills, Free Office Visits can be held virtually on Zoom or over the phone.
